How far will anyone go to bring attention to themselves?
Here is a disgusting example from the German rock scene: The band Rammstein causes shock with a photo of a dead baby on the album Cover of their new CD “Mutter”! (from nowhere to 1 in the charts). The lyrics say: “I was not allowed to lick nipples and there was no place of comfort”. And then: “The mother who never gave birth to me, I have sworn tonight, I will make her sick and drown her in the river.”

Who was the Rammstein Baby?
It had already been dead for 200 years. The mother brought the small girl into the world dead. For medical purposes it was conserved in Formalin.
German Churchleaders are infuriated, Rudolf Hammerschmidt (64), catholic bishop said: “Tasteless! How can someone put unborn life on show like this?”. Thomas Krueger (40) Evangelist Church: “Every tasteless representation of the dead is abhorent.”
Rammstein guitarist Paul Landers takes the criticism calmly, "There are far worse bands than us, they actually use entrails.”
