The unlikely couple became acquainted during a video shoot.

Berlin - whoever thought that Father Christmas only met privately with St. Nicholas for mulled wine now knows better: As the Kurrier reveals, the bad guys of Rammstein are good buddies of his. And are in addition for the most part good guys.

Anyone who knows the video for the current Rammstein single "Amerika", will be reminder of the “Coca Cola” Santa Claus as he sings "Amerika, Amerika". In reality he is called Peter Georgi (62) and works until 23 December as the stately Father Christmas in the KaDeWe.

"At first people warned me about Rammstein” says Georgi on his white throne on the fifth floor of the high-class department store. "However they are not as bad as they look. Those guys are really nice!"

The ever-friendly rocker and singer Till Lindemann selected Peter Georgi from 286 Father Christmas Candidates. A miracle, because he is an experienced actor, already appearing on camera with Brad Pitt, Jackie Chan, Ben Becker and Goetz George. And his beard and hair are genuine!

So what do Rammstein want for Christmas? "Lots of hits and dedicated fans".
